Christmas

    Christmas was pretty special this year.

A lovely day with my Bestie and family at my daughters in East Warburton.

Starting in the morning with dips and antipasta,

later oysters kilpatrick, prawns, roast pork, Auntie Marie's Christmas pudding, Brandy custard etc. etc. etc.

We were going to keep it simple this year!

Of course I ate too much of everything, but, it was so lovely for us to be together.

Five Grandchildren. pretty cool hey!

Birthdays

BIRTHDAYS

Well, Birthdays are pretty special for me.......I choose to stay at 38, cause I can.

It was Friday 13th......

Had a special fun night at home......

The MENU

                first we started off with oysters and champagne

Then it was time for a bit of a play

Being Friday the thirteenth i made the most of it. 

The story was on death, hypnotisiam, re birth, love......

There was dressing up and dressing down.

Very serious stuff that ended up load of FUN and laughs.

A good time was had by all.

Now back to the menu

grilled prawns with Jane's chilli sauce

pan fried scallops on rounds of kipfler potatoes roasted in duck fat and thyme, crushed and blended with creme fraiche, and drizzled with romesco sauce.

Yes, went to the wonderful trip to Italy, had a complete change of direction in life and work. Accepting many things. Questioning many things. All in all....LIFE IS GOOD!

This is just a short trial, to see if I can get this new fangled change happening again. Promise I will be back soon.
